Delivery of goods
You can order a snack subscription from www.snakky.lt at any time of the day.
The first month's box will be dispatched within 5 working days after payment is received. For the following months, the snack box will be dispatched by the 15th of each month.
There is a delivery charge for a box of snack subscriptions ranging €3.00 for one monthly box, regardless of the chosen delivery method.
If it is not possible to deliver the goods in one shipment, the seller has the right to deliver the goods in several shipments.
An additional delivery charge of €8,00 applies in Curonian Spit.
Return of goods
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and purchase of goods with the e-shop by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail to info@snakky.lt, indicating the product to be returned and its order number) within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest, unless the contract cannot be withdrawn from the contract in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (e.g. contracts for perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life).
The Buyer may only exercise the right of withdrawal provided that the goods have not been damaged or the snack box has not been unpacked, used, or the factory labels have not been removed.
Returns of quality goods must be returned in their original packaging together with the product documents. If the buyer is returning a low-quality product, the original packaging is not required. Before returning the goods, the buyer must contact the seller by phone at +37069831572 or by email at info@snakky.lt.
If the goods do not meet the quality requirements, the buyer has the right, under the conditions laid down in Article 6.3641 of the Civil Code, among others, to demand that the goods are of the correct quality, to have the price of the goods reduced proportionately, or to terminate the sales contract unilaterally
In case the buyer wishes to obtain a refund for goods of unsatisfactory quality, the buyer must submit a request for a refund by e-mail. In the request, the Buyer must specify: the name, order number, name and quantity of the goods, and the reason for the refund. Upon receipt of the returned goods or of the proof provided by the buyer that the goods have been dispatched, the seller shall refund the price paid for the goods to the buyer within a maximum of fourteen days, by the same method of payment used by the buyer to pay the seller, unless the buyer has agreed to a different method.
In all cases of refund, the Buyer must contact the specified email address - info@snakky.lt. The Buyer can only proceed with the return after receiving confirmation from the responsible employee of the e-shop.
