What is a Snakky snack subscription?

A Snakky Snack Subscription is a monthly box of snacks, with a new country's delicacies arriving every month. You can choose between 1, 3, 6, and 12-month subscription periods.

What makes up a snack box?

The Snakky Snack Box consists of 7-10 snacks from a new country each month, ranging from unique country candies, biscuits, chocolates, chips, and nuts to never-before-heard treats.

Which countries will I find?

Every month is a new country. From Colombia, Japan, Italy, and Cuba to the smallest corner of the world.

Will I be able to unsubscribe from the snacks and get a refund?

If your monthly snack box hasn't been sent to you yet, please contact our team at info@snakky.lt and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

When will I receive my snack box?

We will send out the box for the first month of your subscription within 5 working days after payment is received. For the following months, we will send the snack box by the 15th of each month.

Can I choose the country of the snack box?

Each month's country is a surprise (that's the fun of it!) and there is no option to choose a country.

My snack box arrived damaged! What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that your snacks were damaged in transit. But we are here to help. Just send some photos of the damaged box to our email address info@snakky.lt and we'll take care of everything!

How can I update my delivery address?

Contact us at info@snakky.lt with your new shipping address and you will successfully update your shipping address.

My snack box has been returned to the sender! What to do?

This can sometimes happen if the delivery company was unable to complete the delivery for some reason, or if the recipient refused the parcel. They will send it back to us and when it is delivered, we will send you an email to let you know. We will then work with you to resolve the problem in the best possible way.

I would like to place a bulk order for Snakky snack boxes! What should I do?

That's great! The best way to do this is to contact our team at info@snakky.lt and we'll help you do it! Please include a few details in your email, which will help us to provide wholesale prices and possible delivery dates for you:

  1. What quantity of boxes would you like to purchase?

  2. Will we send all boxes to one address or do you have a list of different addresses and recipient names for each box?

Is it currently possible to buy a physical gift card for Snakky subscriptions?

Unfortunately, we don't currently have any physical gift cards available, but if you order an e-gift card, you will receive it on the same day and you can print it out and give it as a physical gift!

If I buy a gift card for a 3-month subscription, will I be able to use the amount for a 3-month subscription only?

You can use the amount of the gift card for any Snakky subscription! Select the product you want, enter the discount code you will find on your gift card in the checkout window and the amount of the gift card will automatically be deducted from the total price of the selected product.
